1. Cancellation Policy

Abandoned projects will be formally terminated, and all payments made up to that point shall be non-refundable. All intellectual property and deliverables shall remain the property of Malachite Technologies Pvt Ltd until full payment has been received.

Malachite Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such events may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions, labor disputes, cyber incidents, infrastructure failures, or other unforeseen events. The Company will make reasonable efforts to notify affected parties promptly and resume services as soon as practicable.

6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this policy shall first be resolved through mediation or arbitration conducted in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. In the event judicial proceedings become necessary, exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts located in Noida, India.
